After months of careful planning and preparation, the City of Evansville, INDOT, American Structurepoint, and Blankenberger Brothers are preparing to start the reconstruction of Walnut Street Phase 2. The project will be constructed in multiple phases and will have complete closures of the intersections of Walnut with Weinbach Avenue, Boeke Road, and Vann Avenue at various times throughout construction. Access to properties will be maintained throughout the project. To help keep residents updated on the upcoming construction activities and road closures, we have created this website and a Twitter account (@WalnutStreetPh2).
